To search for a lead, type the name, email, or phone number into the search bar in Leads.
This is the fastest way to find a specific record.In Salesgem, you can search for leads either through the global search bar or by applying filters within the Leads module. The global search bar, found at the top of your dashboard, allows you to quickly locate leads by typing their name, email, or phone number. If you want to refine your search, the Leads tab provides a filtering option where you can sort leads by status, source, assigned user, creation date, or even custom fields.
For more complex queries, the advanced search feature lets you combine multiple conditions, such as finding leads marked as “Hot” that also came from “Facebook Ads.” Additionally, Salesgem supports partial keyword searches, meaning you don’t need the exact name or detail to find a lead. While admins can search across all users’ leads, standard users are usually limited to searching only within the leads assigned to them. This makes lead search in Salesgem both fast and flexible, helping you access the right information without scrolling through long lists.

- Go to Leads.
- Enter the lead name, email, or phone number in the search bar.
