In Salesgem, you can create and manage Groups by going to the Groups section, adding a new Groups, filling in the required details, and saving it. This allows you to group leads or contacts based on specific criteria for targeted marketing.
Steps:
1.Log in to your Salesgem dashboard.
2.Navigate to Groups from the main menu.
3.Click Add New Groups.
4.Fill in the group’s name, criteria, and other necessary details.
5.Click Save to create the groups.
To manage, select a groups from the list and edit or delete as needed
