To add Facebook leads to a campaign using the Facebook integration in Salesgem, start by logging into your Salesgem account and going to the Settings section. From there, open Integrations and select Facebook Lead Ads. You’ll be asked to log in with your Facebook account and grant the necessary permissions for Salesgem to access your Facebook Ads Manager. Once connected, choose the Facebook Page and the Lead Ad Form from which you want to collect leads.
After linking your page and form, map the fields from Facebook (such as name, phone number, and email) to the corresponding fields in Salesgem. Next, select the campaign in Salesgem where you want these leads to be added. Once the mapping and campaign selection are complete, save the integration. From this point onward, any new leads generated through your Facebook Lead Ads will automatically flow into the chosen campaign in Salesgem, keeping your data organized and ensuring timely follow-ups.
