Salesgem Onboarding Process: Step-by-Step
Step 1: Account Setup
- Sign up or log in to Salesgem with your business email.
- Complete your profile by adding company name, role, and contact details.
- Set up your workspace preferences and invite team members if applicable.
Step 2: Configure Settings
- Go to Settings and update basic details like currency, time zone, and user roles.
- Define lead sources, lead statuses, mediums, and pipeline stages under Lead Customizations to align with your sales process.
Step 3: Import Leads & Data
- Navigate to the Leads section and import old leads using CSV/Excel upload or integrations.
- Map your columns to Salesgem fields (name, email, phone, company, source, etc.) to ensure data accuracy.
Step 4: Set Up Campaigns
- Go to the Campaigns tab and create your first campaign.
- Assign a name, description, and goals, then connect lead sources (manual, imports, Facebook Lead Ads, or webhook API).
Step 5: Integrations
- Connect essential tools under Integrations (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, Webhooks, CRMs, or email tools).
- Generate API/Webhook keys if you want to automate lead flow from external forms or websites.
Step 6: Sales Funnel Management
- Open the Sales Funnel/Pipeline section to review or customize funnel stages.
- Add sample leads to practice moving them across stages (prospecting → negotiation → closure).
Step 7: Segmentation & Targeting
- Create segments based on criteria such as industry, lead status, or source.
- Use these for targeted outreach campaigns or to assign leads to specific sales reps.
Step 8: Tracking & Analytics
- Go to the Reports/Analytics section to monitor leads, campaign results, and team performance.
- Use filters to identify bottlenecks and measure conversion rates.
Step 9: Mobile Access (Android Only)
- Download the Salesgem app from the Google Play Store for on-the-go access (iOS users can log in via mobile browser).
Step 10: Ongoing Management
- Regularly update leads, assign tasks, and track follow-ups.
- Review campaign and funnel performance weekly to ensure smooth operations.
