Salesgem Requirements (Before You Start)
1. Basic Account Setup
- A valid business email address to register and log in.
- Company details such as name, industry, and contact information.
- Defined user roles (Admin, Manager, Sales Rep) to assign during setup.
2. Browser & Device Requirements
- Latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox (Salesgem works best on modern browsers).
- Stable internet connection for real-time syncing.
- For mobile use: an Android device (Salesgem app is available only on the Google Play Store; iOS users can access via mobile browser).
3. Data & Lead Preparation
- Existing leads in a CSV/Excel format with clear columns (Name, Email, Phone, Company, Source, etc.) if you plan to import old data.
- Defined lead sources, statuses, and mediums to align with your sales process.
4. Team & Access
- Ensure that your sales and marketing team members have active accounts in Salesgem.
- Assign correct permissions so only admins manage settings, billing, and integrations.
5. Integrations & API Keys
- Credentials for external tools you want to connect (e.g., Facebook Lead Ads, email tools, CRMs).
- Access to Webhook/API keys if you’ll be syncing data automatically from forms or third-party platforms.
6. Subscription & Billing
- A valid subscription plan that matches your business size and needs.
- Updated payment method in case you’re using premium features.
