To connect Facebook Custom Audiences to Salesgem, log in to your Salesgem account and go to the Settings section. From there, open Integrations and select Facebook. You will be prompted to sign in with your Facebook account and give Salesgem permission to access your Facebook Ads Manager. Once the connection is established, Salesgem will fetch your ad accounts and allow you to link them.
After linking, go to the Campaigns or Audiences section in Salesgem and choose Connect Custom Audience. Here, select the Facebook Ad Account and the specific Custom Audience you want to sync with Salesgem. You can then map the fields (such as name, phone number, and email) so that Salesgem can automatically update the Custom Audience with new leads or contacts captured within the system. Once saved, your Facebook Custom Audience will stay in sync with Salesgem, allowing you to run more targeted ads and retarget leads efficiently.
